Satisfaction Guarantee

If following your delivery or pick-up you are not completely satisfied with your selection you may reselect merchandise of equal or greater value if you notify our store within 5 days of delivery or pick-up, subject to the following conditions:

  1. All items must be in original condition and in a smoke-free environment.
  2. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled special orders.
  3. All bedding products will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Except Tempur-Pedic which will be assessed a flat $300 restocking fee.
  4. Delivery charges are not refundable.
  5. Fabric protection and leather warranty charges are not refundable.
  6. Does not apply to “final sale” or “as-is” items.

90 Day Storage

Non-sale items paid in full can be stored up to 90 days from date of purchase at no additional charge.

Lay-Away Policies

We welcome your lay-away purchases. All lay-away purchases will require 1/3 down, payments of 1/3 every 30 days, and must be paid in full and scheduled for delivery within 90 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept lay-aways on clearance items.

Special Orders

We are happy to special order any product for our customers with the following conditions:

  1. A minimum deposit of 30% is required.
  2. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled special orders.
  3. Date of delivery is estimated according to information provided by the factory. Actual delivery may vary from this estimate.

Samuel’s Warranty

Unless otherwise warranted by the manufacturer, Samuel’s Furniture offers to the original purchaser a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on products sold by Samuel’s Furniture. This warranty is in effect for one full year from the original date of delivery.

  • This warranty and all manufacturers’ warranties are VOID on all merchandise sold “AS IS.”
  • This warranty and all manufacturers’ warranties are VOID when any product has been determined by Samuel’s Furniture to have been damaged due to improper handling. Any accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use by the customer will also VOID this warranty and all manufacturers’ warranties.

Free In-Home Service

Samuel’s Furniture will offer free in-home service to the original purchaser for one year from the date of delivery. This service is for warranted defects and workmanship only and is provided to customers living within our normal delivery area.

Samuel’s Furniture may continue to offer service in accordance with manufacturers’ warranties, at our option, after the one year period has expired. Any parts needed for warranted defects or workmanship will be provided at no charge. However, after the one-year free service period has expired, a labor charge for repairs and/or installation of warranted parts will be charged. The customer will pay for all parts and labor required after both the one-year free service period and the manufacturers’ warranties have expired.

Sleep Product Warranties

Mattresses and foundations are warranted against structural defects such as wood frames, springs, and border wires breaking. Ticking or fabrics on all sleep products are warranted for one year. Please note: bedding with multiple layers of padding will display body impressions. This is normal and not a defect. A service charge will apply for any service required after our one-year free service policy expires. All bedding manufacturers’ warranties are void if bedding is stained.
